About Me

I started my Reiki journey about 40 years ago. My first experience of Reiki was as a recipient. It was a very powerful emotional healing session, and I immediately knew this was something I resonated with, and wanted to explore.  

Very shortly after my experience I completed the courses to become a practitioner of Levels 1 and 2 Usui Reiki. For many years while I was busy building my career, I practiced Reiki as a week-end activity, as a free service to friends and family.

I did my Usui Master level course in 2021 when I retired from my professional work in the government. I started volunteering for the local Riding for the Disabled centre doing Reiki on their horses. The amazing things I picked up from the horses, and the improvements that showed in their well-being led to me publishing a junior fiction book called Horsewhispers.

I now offer Reiki/Vortex®, Reiki for Animals and Energy Healing services.
