I completed my Karuna Master course in 2024. 

In 2025 I undertook the foundational course to become a Vortex® practitioner. I can feel a slightly different vibration between the three energies.

Until 2024 I have mostly used Reiki voluntarily on animals, particularly horses. I still volunteer at the Riding for the Disabled Centre every week.

I now offer Reiki and Vortex® for people as well as for animals, and for a combination of animals and their people.

I employ a combination of Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Vortex®. I work with the vibration that guides me most powerfully in any given moment.  When working with animals, I combine my animal communication gift with the energy work. I believe these energy healing techniques lead to emotional healing, mental healing and spiritual healing (a process of refining our vibrational energy).

I like clients to understand that the energy is divine energy and it works through the practitioner; they may experience a range of emotions, some may be difficult memories, but the direction of the work is to bring ease and flow into their lives and align themselves with their true self.
